when it comes to information systems and technology it is important to understand the meaning of three main components, which I found really interesting.

Computer literacy, or the skills using a productivity software. 

information literacy, this is the role of information in using business intelligence.

and the third, is business intelligence, this for me is really interesting and powerful when it comes to business application. i believe from what i have learned about this (BI) that a business, with a concrete and well structured business-intelligence department, can reach and improve in almost every department of the company.

Having a well organized and efficient use of the information and data collection can help any business to improve in cost, sales and profitability.

Another important point about this topic is that innovation about this information uses is changing every single day, with new softwares coming out and new technologies appearing. It is important that companies wanting to grow and stay strong, in any business,  keep track of the innovations and keep updating employees with their computer literacy skills.
